The answer is simple: you have mental software (the subconscious) that was programmed during your childhood or earlier in life. Over time, these beliefs and skills became part of you. You no longer consciously think about walking because your body-mind has learned to do it automatically.


To achieve successful mental programming, consistency is key. Just like learning to play a musical instrument or ride a bike, practice is essential. Make it a nightly ritual. Your desire is your prayer, and your visualization is your voice. When your brain and heart are in coherence, whatever you ask for can be yours.


It’s essential to ensure that what you desire aligns with your true feelings. For example, while it may seem rational to want a multi-billion-pound business empire, your heart may fear the changes that come with it. This internal conflict can interfere with your communication with the subconscious.


Take time to write down and reflect on what you truly want before making your request. When your heart and mind are aligned, the possibilities are limitless.

Successful individuals often share a common trait: they think as they feel and feel as they think. In other words, align your emotions and thoughts. Your visualization should reflect this harmony.
